Delivery and Payment
Standard delivery is on us for all orders! If you need your watch sooner please choose from our express services at the check out.
Standard delivery of your will take between 3-5 days
Express Delivery of your watch will take between 2-3 days.
We deliver worldwide and we do it for free!

In most countries our products fall under the threshold for tax and duties but where they do apply it is the customers responsibility to pay these.
Any payment issues are likely to be with your bank rather than TIMBR. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue or alternatively try using another card or alternative payment method. If you are still experiencing issues after this then drop us a message and we will assist as best we can.
We accept payment by credit and debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Laybuy. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or cheques.
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery has been made so long as the watch hasn't been personalized. Please contact us to arrange a cancellation.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, this is likely to be because your order has triggered our fraud filters. If you are certain that that is not the case, please either contact your bank or payment supplier or place order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.PayPal.com
If you need to add engraving please let us know as soon as possible. Usually we can add engraving up to 24 hours after the order has been placed, so get in touch as quickly as you can.

If your watch is damaged when it arrives please Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send a picture of the damage so that we can verify your claim
Whilst we don't cover damaged watches we will try and assist where possible. contact us at email@example.com and one of our service team will assist where possible.
Your watch can be returned so long as;
- It hasn't been customised
- It is within 60 days of the date of delivery
- In unused and in resalable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Once you have registered your request to return your watch and we have checked your eligibility, we will send you a pre-paid returns label so that you can return your product.
So long as the watch hasn't been customised and it is within 60 days of delivery, yes you can return the watch for an alternative. Please contact us at email@example.com and one of our service team will be able to assist you.
